BONARDA
Until it was recently surpassed by Malbec,
Bonarda was the most planted grape in Argentina. The Dante Robino Bonarda is a
full-bodied wine with just enough tannins to make it food-friendly. It opens
with a nose of tobacco and cedar, then surprises the palate with big,
mouthfilling flavors of huckleberries and fig with hints of cedar. Its finish
is long and dry. Delicious by itself, this Bonarda would pair well with red
meats and boldly-flavored stews. The 100% Bonarda grapes were harvested from some of the best vineyards in
the Santa Rosa area of Mendoza that provide exceptional fruit and low
yields.

MALBEC
Lightly baked and sweet on the nose, which draws you in. The
palate is brighter and more austere, with sheer, slightly bland cherry
and raspberry flavors. Fresh, clean and bouncy on the finish. With its fruits are
produced in a long maceration, a resounding came after growing up in oak,
refines its deep ruby red colors and aromas full of memories gives familiars in
the framework of the strong personality characteristic.
The vineyards were planted in 1960 and are
irrigated by water from melted snow. Planted in rocky soil with good
drainage. It is an area of
high amplitude thermal day/night. The farm is located 930m above
the sea. These
vineyards are characterized by light to enjoy the excellent feature of this
wine region.

NOVECENTO is Italian for 900, the metric elevation of our mountain vineyards in Lujon de Cuyo. Here in Mendoza, the air is crisp and pure and the wide diurnal temperature ranges extend the growing season, allowing the grapes to mature slowly and fully.
NOVECENTO means 100% varietals with vibrant fruit flavors and aromas. They're ready to enjoy when released, no bottle aging required. Whether you're celebrating the sunset or pouring a glass with friends and your favorite meals, you'll Step Up To Good Taste!

MALBEC
"Step Up To Good Taste" with this medium-bodied Malbec. This is an opportunity to enjoy a younger, fruitier
Malbec; perhaps it could be described as a wine with a college degree, as
compared to the Dante Robino Malbec with a degree from graduate school. The March
harvest takes place at the same time the Harvest Queens are being deleted in
Lujan de Cuyo and preparations are underway for the celebrations of the
vintage.
These festivities are a fitting companion for the Malbec
harvest, as this wine is vinified to accompany celebrations, casual dinners and
to share with fruits in favored bistros and taverns.
Remember that life is too short to drink poor
wines as you enjoy these smooth fruit flavors and aromas. Serve at cellar
temperatures, 55-65F (14-18C) with pasta with red sauce, pizza and grilled
meats.
